Soldier on! is a wholly unique initiative, linking the excellent
personal disciplines and professional skills of disabled armed
forces service-leavers and veterans with employers looking for
the best people, for mutual benefit. The military offering of a
“job for life” is no longer sustainable however it still offers a
very great “training for life”. We thus seek to answer the
question; how can we really help our injured service
personnel? Our answer is to ease disabled veterans'
transition into civilian employment by providing coaching
seminars, hands on CV assistance and interview training, while
thoroughly understanding and vetting those individuals to
ensure a harmonious and productive placement into a civilian
role. Such veterans provide an excellent opportunity for
progressive employers to find extremely talented and
disciplined individuals with superb qualifications, but also to
demonstrate their Corporate Social Responsibility credentials
in a truly meaningful way.
Soldier on! Provides:
• Detailed candidate reports and fully briefed
candidates with updated CVs.
• A single point of contact, uniquely understanding the
needs of both client and candidate.
• National, regional, independent and cost-effective
recruitment.
• Skilled and highly motivated staff.
• An exceptional corporate social responsibility and
public relations message.
• A fully transparent programme - the beneficiary of
your employment will be under your direct
management.
• On-going contact and a strong working relationship
with an individual’s former employer allowing us to
make thorough background checks on your behalf.
