Some little while ago I posted one of my Pictures onto your Gallery - This was the Wedding of the Adjutant at Mons Officer Cadet School in 1960.

There were unfortunately a few names that had slipped my Memory and one of these was the Welsh Guards CSM who appears in the picture - One of your members came up with his name and after a bit of searching I managed to locate a 'Video Clip' on YouTube which was The Guards Depot at Pirbright in the Mid 1960's and this gentleman just happened to be the RSM in this Clip - I managed to get a copy of him which can now be seen here. 'Success!!'.

Hi Guy's,

It's nice to see that he was so well liked! - My own personal memories of him were good too.

Pleased I was able to find this photo and that was down to 'gwnyfor15' giving me a reminder as to his name so this could be 'added' to a picture in my gallery display.

Brian.

RSM Nicholson great guy,I refused to have two haircuts in a week at Pirbright, so L/Sgt Rogers marched me across the square to his office.Removed my cap and he agreed with me," Howarths hair is short enough".peshed everybody off.
