R I P Douglas.  Nigel Deepest sympathy to you and the Family.

 

My service with the Welsh Guards was from 1953 to 1956, just missed you Dads time. Also was in POW Coy.

 

Have lived in Australia since 1970, firstly in Melbourne, now in Adelaide.

Wish you all the best for the memorial service for your dad. Would have liked to have attended to pay my respects .

This brought us all to tears ( in a good way )  we stand very proud of my Father and of all the Welsh Guards for their support,  my words of thanks are enough but THANK YOU all

Nigel,

There will be an electronic version posted on WGR and the opportunity to receive a "hard copy" posted to you should you want it.  It will be published in December, so more details nearer the time.
