The Bicentenial 1976

This weeks pic is from my own collection. June 1976 and Britain's Magna Carta is displayed in the White House in Washington as part of the US Bicentenial celebrations. This priceless document is guarded by five Guardsmen. One from each regiment. anyone know who the lucky Welsh Guardsman is?
