Also available to order are WGR polo shirts, with the Welsh Guards Crest and Porthcawl Reunion embroidered underneath. Again anyone wishing to order a polo shirt can do so via this post. The cost of the shirt is £12.75, which is excellent value. PAYMENT FOR THE POLO SHIRT IS REQUIRED WHEN YOU PAY FOR YOUR ACCOMODATION AND WILL AGIN BE PICKED UP ON THE REUNION WEEKEND.

FRIDAY. The doors to the Hotel will be open from 2pm, there will be live entertainment in the evening and the restaurant will be open if you would like a meal.The cost of the entertainment will be paid for out of the raffle, so no need for tickets on the Friday.

SATURDAY. The main event. There will be top entertainment and a choice of hot meals provided. For the Saturday you will require a ticket at the cost of £10.

DRINKS. There will be larger, beer and cider on offer at £2 per pint. There will be whisky, vodka, white rum, gin and a brandy on offer at £2 a double, plus other drinks available at normal prices. This offer is on for the whole weekend.

ACCOMMODATION. The price for B&B for this hotel has gone up slightly due to it having new owners. We will be the first ones in after the refurbishment. The cost for B£B will be £25 per person per night which is still good value for this hotel, and there is free parking. The members that book the 2 nights will be in the Seabank Hotel. When this hotel is full, we will be selling tickets only for the Saturday night and you will have to book your own accommodation ( links and phone numbers for B£B in the area will be posted shortly).

We have to cap this event at 250 people due to fire regulations. I am afraid it is first come first serve. Please add your name to the list and payment details will be posted shortly.

So if anybody is interested in attending we need to pull together a team of 8.

A team of 8 players are required for the Darts, and teams of 4 for the Shooting (the same players can participate in both). The cost of lunch and afternoon sandwiches is £5, and overnight accommodation in Maindy Barracks is £11 per night - Friday and Saturday night is available.

If we can pull together 8 members, Welsh Guards Reunited will stand the cost of one nights accommodation and the food for each participant, if you want an extra nights stay I require you to pay the £11 for the extra night. Due to this one-off offer the free nights accommodation and food the rule will be on a first come, first served basis. If the response is good and over 8 the payment will have to be made by those individuals, so be quick to get your name down for the free offer.

Order of dress...

The order of dress for the WGR Team will be WGR Polo Shirts, I'll see if I can strike a deal with Nick Farr and chuck in an item specific polo shirt for the event.
