wow ! nice and clean,reckon its empty, couple of cars prob belonging to the boiler room guys. ohh where,s the coke/coal stack that was here.

I cannot remember how many times I cleaned L/rovers and Bedfords on those ramps.

Where's the Hughs brothers ??

The last time I looked (Just For Fun) it looked like military vehicles on one edge of the square. ??

L/Rovers?

I did my driving course out of Chelsea in mid 60s in Austin Champs and the Bn received Land Rovers shortly afterwards. 💂

Got that wrong Phil, we had L/rovers long before that ?

OK 51 you may be right but I definitely know that I did my driving course in Chelsea and we used Champ's. LR's came along later.😀💂

I was in the MT in Gort and we had L/Rovers then and before that as well, I was on the advance party from Gort to Chelsea and we were driving Land Rovers, haven't seen a Champ since we were in Pirbright in the Fifties ?

 When l did My  Signal  course in Elizabeth  Barracks, Pirbright,  l Remember  we had one or two  Champs,  like  the ones we had in West Germany , and also Llandovers ,  that was  before  we were posted to Aden ,  l Remember ,

Don,t  forget  over fifty Y ago . tc  51 

When l was on Signal Course l Remember, i in the Sixties,  at   Pit right we used Champs,  we stayed in Elizabeth Barracks,,  l believe  the Guards  IParas  were also station  there  ,
