Guidelines

The rules on Welsh Guards Reunited have been relaxed from day one, but please bear in mind the following... now the important bits:

Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The messages express the views of the author of the message not necessarily the views of Welsh Guards Reunited. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email or via the Contact System. We have the ability to remove any objectionable messages, photographs or images and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree through your use of this service that you will not use WGR to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racist, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violating of any law. 
 
Photographs.  You agree, through the uploading of your photographs into the WGR galleries that they can be copied, downloaded and used by other WGR members as they wish.  If this is not the case and you wish to retain Property Copyright, then this must be made clear in the comments section or on the image itself.
 
Please contact an Administrator if you have an idea for fund-raising of any kind be it for the Welsh Guards or your own chosen charity. Failure to do so will result in the post or suggestion being removed without prior warning or explanation.
 
Welsh Guards Reunited does not support ANY form of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony or third party programs which include web cam chat add-ons. Anything discussed using external applications does not represent the views of the website. Proceed with caution when using such applications as Welsh Guards Reunited is a forum based (text typing) website, we strongly disagree with these third party VoIP applications having any association with WGR.

If you are looking to cause upset by "baiting" or winding up other members and/or the Management Team we have the tools available to stop/block you immediately and will not hesitate to do so. The Management Team decision is final and NOT negotiable. Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated in any way shape or form. Members either conform to our very relaxed, simple, user friendly set of rules or leave.

Finally, be mature and respectful to others. The Team run Welsh Guards Reunited for enjoyment, help and satisfaction for our members, we don't want to be spending our time breaking up fights, or dealing with other bad behaviour.
